At ShapeXpert Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If your order does not meet your expectations, we offer various return and exchange options.
You have the right to return your order within 60 days after receipt without giving any reason for cancellation.

Please mention your order number and that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
After registration, you still have 60 days the time to return the product to us.
a) Damaged or incorrectly delivered item
Has your product arrived damaged or have you received the wrong item?
Enter inside 7 days after receipt contact us via: info@shapexpert.eu
Add photos of the product and packaging if possible.
Together with you, we will ensure an appropriate solution, such as a free replacement or a refund.
b) Exchange
Would you like to exchange an item for a different variant (for example, size or color)?
Enter inside 14 days after receipt contact us via: info@shapexpert.eu.
Exchanges are only possible when the item unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging is returned.
The item must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
The return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is on our part.
Returns without prior registration by email (info@shapexpert.eu) cannot be processed.
Upon receipt and inspection of the return shipment, the full purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days refunded via the same payment method you used to pay.
In the case of an exchange, the new item will be shipped as soon as we have received the original product.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the return conditions have not been met.
Please note: any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by local authorities upon receipt of the goods are the responsibility of the customer. These charges will be borne by ShapeXpert not reimbursed.
